Yesterday we went to Fiesole, a small, old Etruscan village outside Firenze. From there you'll see the whole city of Firenze, and I mean all of it. The Etruscan history, and especially jewelry wise, is really interesting! They created intricate pieces, with little or non traces of solder etc whatsoever, and even well experienced jewelers today have some difficulties in creating the same kind of jewelry. How did they do it??  They did not invent it, but they used it so much, that it's called etruscan style.

Beautiful day!

We spent the evening in the city, having a beer and listening to street musicians. There was a new girl, Piotr's girlfriend I think, who played classic guitar last night instead of Piotr (Piotr is a polish classic guitar player here in Firenze)
Anycow, she was really good! I have a video of her, I'll upload it later.

Oh, and we also saw THE BIGGEST DOG ever last night. It was freakin' huge! It looked more like a young wolf, than a dog. Judging from the size, the paws, the fur and tale and the shape of the head, it might have been..
I'll let you see for yourself in the next post!

Baci!
