Minnemarkeringen i Oslo

We went downtown to participate at the 1.min national silence. We decided to stand outside the church, with thousands of others.

After the ceremony, Kaj was interviewed by Dutch TV. (RTL.nl) about the situation and his thoughts and feelings about it all.

We went inside the church to light candles and say our prayers for those lost in the tragedy.

On the way back, we had to pass the main target of the bombing. It's doesn't look like a place in Norway at all...

Then, after a few hours at work, we went downtown again, to participate in the rose ceremony at Rdhusplassen (city hall square) It was a beautiful ceremony, 150.000 people came, all with roses in their hands.

We were told to spread the roses all over the city, and we decided to head back to the church to lay down our roses there.

The two small white roses in the front are the ones that we put down.

A beautiful day, with beautiful fellow Norwegians.
